Guardian Link by Bloodties
Terms of Service
Effective: 16 July 2026
These launch terms require legal review and completion of Bloodties’ registered entity details before accepting paying or production users.
Service
Guardian Link provides family location sharing, geofence alerts, permission workflows and optional device/digital-safety summaries. Availability and location accuracy are not guaranteed.
Guardian responsibility
The account owner must have legal authority to link a child, obtain required consent, explain monitoring in age-appropriate language, keep access credentials secure and use the service lawfully.
Prohibited use
Do not use Guardian Link for secret surveillance, stalking, coercive control, unlawful interception, tracking an adult without consent or monitoring anyone outside an authorised family relationship.
Emergencies
Guardian Link does not replace police, medical, school or emergency services. If someone is at immediate risk, contact the appropriate emergency service.
Termination and deletion
Users may stop using the service and request account deletion. Bloodties may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud or policy violations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
