Delete your Guardian Link account

To request deletion, email privacy@bloodties.co.za from the account email with the subject “Guardian Link account deletion”.

What will be deleted

After identity and guardian-authority verification, the production service will delete or de-identify the account, family links, stored locations, geofences, permissions, device status and activity history, except information that must be retained for security, dispute or legal obligations.

Timing

The final production retention schedule and deletion turnaround must be confirmed before launch. The support team will acknowledge and track each request.
